J-P. Pizzini

Jean-Paul is a senior investment professional with more than 20 years of experience across global macro investing, multi-asset portfolio management, investment strategy and institutional asset management.

Throughout his career, he has held positions including Equity Analyst, Fund Manager, Global Strategist, Investment Director and Head of Investment within regulated investment management structures across Europe. His experience spans discretionary portfolio management, strategic asset allocation, international equities, emerging markets and impact investment.

Jean-Paul combines macroeconomic analysis, cross-asset investing and portfolio construction with a strong focus on market regimes, risk management and long-term investment strategy. Over the years, he has developed investment frameworks, participated in investment committees and contributed to the management of institutional and discretionary mandates across developed and emerging markets.

From 2006 to 2014, Jean-Paul served as Board Member of Harvest Global AM. Between 2018 and 2022, he was responsible for Emerging Market investments at Covéa Finance, one of France’s leading insurance asset managers. Since 2022, he has advised the Board of the Global Gender-Smart Fund (formerly MEF), an international impact investment fund initiated by KfW, IFC and OeEB.

He is an active member of different Investment Committees focused on managing equity funds, private debts and global macro.

Endorsed as a Director by the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority (IFSRA), Jean-Paul holds certifications from the French Market Authorities (AMF) and the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (DNB). He acquired his MBA from the Institute of Enterprise & Administration in Corsica, following a master’s in economics and international Law from the University of Sorbonne. In addition to these accolades, Jean-Paul is a certified Financial Analyst accredited by the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies and holds the CIIA title.
